Senator Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III's campaign Manager Florencio “Butch” Abad had a personal meeting with Senator Panfilo Lacson’s current assistant; a half Italian half Filipino migrant Mr. Jerome Parro in Port Philip, Turin Italy on March 6, 2010. Abad arrived in the city of Turin at 5:07 AM Italian time and took a bus from the city to the metropolis bay. Butch Abad had to call Jerome Parro to know his exact location because it was the first time they would meet face-to-face. Jerome would not verify the precise site of Senator Lacson but confirms that he is indeed in the continent. Jerome also said that Senator Lacson can no longer be recognized as he had a major change of look. The meeting was brief; in return of supporting Noynoy’s campaign financially, Abad promises that Lacson can return to Manila if the Liberal Party Standard bearer Senator Noynoy Aquino gets elected to the highest post. The representatives of Senator Lacson and Noynoy also agreed that the impending double murder case against Lacson would be archived as part of the deal if Noynoy indeed wins. Former police senior superintendent Cezar Mancao named Lacson as the mastermind of the murders of Dacer and his driver Emmanuel Corbito. Dacer and Corbito were abducted the morning of November 24, 2000, while on their way to the Manila Hotel. Investigations later showed that the two were interrogated, tortured and strangled to death, and their bodies burned. Up to now their families are still grieving and still crying for justice. The daughter of the slain Bubby Dacer; Sabina Dacer swore that: "In his exact words he said, 'mga anak, kung may mangyari sa akin, walang ibang may kakagawan noon kundi si Ping Lacson'" (translated: my children, if anything should happen to me, no one else could be responsible but Ping Lacson). It seems that voting for Noynoy and helping his campaign would tolerate more unsolved killings in the Philippines. Let us not be fooled by the schemes of these remorseless murderers.
